Must Have:
- 2-4 years of experience working as Help Desk Analyst
- Experience working with MS Office Suite, databases, Google applications, and security functions
- Hands on experience with complex challenges, operations procedures, and verbally/writing skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with ICAM / GSA implementation, MS Project, and MS Visio
