Core Requirements:

• Must have prior technical/functional experience in End user computing technical roles.
• Must have prior experience in design and Implementation of Desktop Workplace services which includes PC provisioning, mobile device, bring your own device (BYOD), Desktop Virtualization, End User Support for cloud-based apps like O365, Multi-channel on demand support, Persona based support, Unified communication as a service (UCaaS), Smart services, Virtual reality and augmented reality, Walkup support.
• Should have experience in the Implementation of Modern device management technologies like Microsoft Endpoint Manager Intune, Autopilot, ConfigMgr, Desktop Analytics, Cloud powered endpoint management, Windows virtual desktop, and O365.
• Should have experience in design and implementation of transformation solution (automation, 3rd party tools) and scripts.
• Nice to have experience in implementation of Windows 10 Lifecycle would be an advantage.
• Should have experience strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems platforms, DNS, networks, firewall, network security zones etc.
• Should have experience thorough understanding and possess SME level experience with Windows, VMware and Citrix technologies.
• Should have the ability to provide Senior level Tier 3 technical support.
• Should have experience in performing due diligence, detailed assessment of customer End User technology environment, providing alternate Architecture solutions and proof of concepts (PoCs), and creating high level and low-level design documents.
• Should have knowledge and expertise in end point user policies, patch management, scripting, and other supporting technologies for end points.
• Should have expertise in modern configuration management and of major end user operating systems like macOS, Android, and iOS.

Qualification:

• Relevant educational background & professional certifications would highly be appreciated.
