Core Requirements:

• Must have prior technical/functional experience as an Architect or Solutions lead on ServiceNow Implementations projects.
• Must have prior experience in developing on ServiceNow platform including the customization of the core applications such as Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Should have experience in working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
• Should have the ability to keep a product vision at the forefront of the conversation and articulate design decisions impacts to maintenance & longevity.
• Should have experience in evaluating business requirements of projects to [determine software, integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently.
• Should have experience in providing technical design and architectural leadership to one or more teams/projects, to ensure applications are integrated and adhere to stated architectural and design principles / standards.
• Should have experience in providing technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming solution architectures.
• Should have experience with design solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value and capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security.
• Should have experience in developing project estimates to design, build, deliver, and run business solutions.
• Should have experience in leading efforts for technology research, evaluations, and proof of concepts (POC) & participating in RFP responses and client contract development.
• Should have experience in ITSM and ITIL familiarity (ITIL Foundations certification preferred).
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist
• Should have experience with DevOps. Preferably ServiceNow Agile 2.0 framework.

Qualification:

• Relevant educational background & professional certifications would highly be appreciated.
