Core Requirements:

Efficient with GCP/public cloud deployments as PM/PgM.

Expertise with Program Management tools such as Asana/ Jira; Agile / Scaled Agile.

Experience with CCAI/Google Contact Center AI Insights.

Proficiently able to integrate and synthesize risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID) components across the entire program.

Qualification:

Relevant educational background & professional certifications would highly be appreciated.
