Core Requirements:
- Prior Experience working as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.
- Must have strong experience in configuration, implementation, or business support experience with Fusion HCM Cloud applications
- Exposure in Writing/Debugging Oracle Payroll Fast formula & Benefits Formulae / Open Enrollments /Rate and Coverage/Saving Plan
- Knowledge in HCM Fusion Payroll benefits, Compensation module - includes Configuration, Setups & HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Page Customizations & Extensions.
Qualification:
- Should have Relevant certifications.
