Core Requirements:

• Must have a working knowledge of Amdocs billing systems, general bills, charges, credit & taxes.
• Need to have experience with Kibana, AppD, Rally, and ServiceNow.
• Preferred to have a domain experience in the wireless industry - Ordering, Billing, CRM, Network Provisioning; Usages guiding and rating; Collection and Payment industry knowledge, etc.
• Good to have experience with production occurrences and should be proficient in providing improvement plans.
• Must be well versed in troubleshooting production issues, deep driving production issues RCA and managing an Action item from RCA.
• Must have technical coordination required between the Dev/Ops/Architect/QA teams.
• Required to have experience in driving the issue from End to End and taking complete ownership of the issue till closure & in managing the lifecycle of all problems.
