Job Description:

Arthur Lawrence is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside/outside sales in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling Recruitment & Staffing services to new clients, with a specific focus on the Finance & Accounting and Healthcare domains.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients in the Finance & Accounting and Healthcare domains
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Recruitment & Staffing services to potential clients
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that exceed expectations
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside/outside sales in a B2B environment
  • Proven expertise in selling Recruitment & Staffing services to new clients in the Finance & Accounting and Healthcare domains
  • Ability to quickly grasp functional concepts necessary for effective positioning and sale of business solutions
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Growth and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Prior experience in business development with staffing/consulting firms
