Arthur Lawrence is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside/outside sales in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling Recruitment & Staffing services to new clients, with a specific focus on the Finance & Accounting and Healthcare domains.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients in the Finance & Accounting and Healthcare domains
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Recruitment & Staffing services to potential clients
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that exceed expectations
- Consistently achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in inside/outside sales in a B2B environment
- Proven expertise in selling Recruitment & Staffing services to new clients in the Finance & Accounting and Healthcare domains
- Ability to quickly grasp functional concepts necessary for effective positioning and sale of business solutions
- Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Growth and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Prior experience in business development with staffing/consulting firms
