• 8 years of experience in Governance function or relevant area
• Skilled in regulations for federal as well as International standards
• Proven experience in the utility industry and managing the team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications

• Skilled in dealing with federal, local, and regional regulators
