Must Have:

• 6+ experience with Customer Analytics
• Experience working with digital analytics, omni-channel analytics with demonstrated track record
• Experience with connecting operational, channel data between online and offline data sources
• Hands on experience with python, R, SAS or advance analytics tools
• Experience working with natural Language Processing and text analytic for information extraction and topic modeling
• Hands on designing, implementing data visualization, utilizing Tableau
• Hands on experience with automating data within Qlik
• Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive statistical modeling
• Bachelor s degree in business, engineering or relevant field

Nice to Have:

• Master s degree in marketing, information technology or relevant field
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Advance Analytics certification
