Must Have(s)
- 4-year degree or higher in Engineering plus 6+ years related experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Core Java / Spring Batch/ Ant Scripts / Active MQ / Apache Chaining / Web Services / Struts / SharePoint / ServiceNow / Dynatrace / Github / Bluemix
- Strong experience in Oracle/DB2/My SQL
- Strong experience in Production Support Projects
- Strong L2 and L3 Experience
- Strong knowledge in ITIL processes and ServiceNow tools
- Experience in Unix/Linux scripting and Splunk tool
- Experience in XML / JavaScript Technologies
Nice to Have(s)
- Experience in HealthCare Industry
- Experience with Off-Shore Coordination
- Experience in Change Management Process
- Experience in handling High/Critical Brides and Incident Management
